At Superbox Containers, we proudly serve customers throughout USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and container availability.
- Delivery Time: Typically within 3–10 business days for in-stock containers. Custom modifications may take longer based on the scope of work.
- Delivery Areas: We ship from multiple hubs. Shipping charges are calculated based on distance from the nearest hub.
- Delivery Method: Containers are delivered via tilt-bed truck or flatbed, depending on your access and site conditions. Please ensure you have enough clearance and space for delivery.
- Pickup Option: Customers may also arrange pickup from one of our hubs upon request.

Return Policy
Due to the nature and size of our products, all sales are final once delivery or pickup has occurred.
If you believe your container was delivered in error or arrived in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds or exchanges may be considered only in cases of documented damage or order error.
- Custom-modified containers are non-refundable.
